Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 pm (CST) and Sunday at 8 am (CST) for our weekly virtual yoga session. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to explore the practice, this virtual class is perfect for everyone. Led by an experienced instructor, the sessions are designed to help you unwind, find balance, and rejuvenate your mind and body. 

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Through the practice of yoga, you can improve your flexibility, strength, and posture, while also promoting relaxation and stress reduction. Thai massage– combines stretching, acupressure, deep pressure to relieve tension and improve flexibility. This massage performs on the floor on the special Thai mat. The receiver wear long not slippery pants and any top.

Attention: This massage do not recommend during pregnancy and post surgery with titanium in joints area(spine, knees, shoulders, hips, ankles and wrists area)
