YOGA WITH A CHAIR, SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH AT 8 AM CST

Join us for this virtual event to learn what can you do with a chair as a prop! This short 75 min. class is designed to help you with alignment, stay longer during relaxation poses and investigate the asanas in the deep level.

This is not a senior chair yoga! Previous yoga experience is required!

What you need: yoga mat, 2 blocks, one or two bolsters, yoga strap at least 8 feet long, two or one blanket, folding chair.
